The FENCE conference is about knowledge and learning.
The scientific part of the FENCE Conference will take place in three thematic panels: contemporary threats to public safety in the context of mass event organization, legal aspects supporting the organizer responsible for mass event security, modeling of crowd behavior.
Conference participants interested in publishing scientific research and presenting their findings are requested to submit the application form and prepare papers according to the editorial guidelines below.
Conference applications are accepted via the form provided below in PDF format by April 12, 2026.
IMPORTANT dates!
Registration of conference participants by April 12, 2026.
Paper abstracts should be submitted electronically by April 17, 2026.
Full scientific papers, in accordance with the editorial guidelines, must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.

PUBLICATIONS
Scientific publication titled: “Aspects of Mass Event Security in Light of Current Threats” will be a peer-reviewed multi-author monograph prepared by the speakers and directed to the scientific community and practitioners interested in the broadly understood issue of mass event security
Post-conference publication titled: “Mass Event Security – Theory and Practice in the Context of Contemporary Threats” will be published by the Publishing House of the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice in electronic form and made available through the Silesian Digital Library. The monograph will be a collective work based on articles submitted by Conference participants.
