Mass event security – this is where we excel! Mass event security is a market segment in which we specialize. We are one of the largest companies in Poland dealing with securing various types of events. We protect the biggest festivals in Poland, spectacular sporting events, concerts by the most recognizable stars in the world, and major city events. We approach the protection of smaller events with equal commitment and care, including corporate events, club events, symposiums, trade fairs, and family events. Every client is most important to us, which is why we do not limit ourselves to comprehensive event security alone. We prepare complete documentation necessary to obtain approval for conducting mass events. We conduct negotiations on behalf of our clients with public institutions such as: Police, Fire Department, Emergency Services, Sanitary Inspection, City Hall. Furthermore, we undertake activities related to mass event logistics – we are able to organize technical, sanitary, medical, and catering facilities.
When securing each event, a significant portion of our personnel consists of individuals registered on the list of qualified physical security workers. Our employees are uniformly dressed while performing their duties (attire is adapted to the nature of the event), carry identification, and are equipped with wireless communication devices and legally permitted direct coercion measures. Additionally, some of our employees are fluent in foreign languages. Management and supervision of the services provided is entrusted to individuals registered on the list of qualified physical security workers maintained by the Provincial Police Commander. These individuals have extensive experience in event security and are distinguished by appropriate character traits such as: responsibility, ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and excellent organization. They also enjoy tremendous authority among employees. Furthermore, it is company standard that we strive to understand our client’s expectations as thoroughly as possible and assign them an appropriate manager.
